Here is my easy Instant Pot Beef Chili recipe. You could also just throw everything in a pot on a stovetop and do it that way. This is great for cold days when I pooped from chasing the kids around and just want an open-and-dump dinner.
This instant pot beef chili recipe has the added bonus of being both easy and versatile. It is also easy to veganize by leaving out the beef. Usually, I will make this without meat and double on a Friday when we don’t eat meat per religious observance then add beef to the leftovers on Saturday.
*I am using a 6-quart Instant Pot in this video.
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 bag of frozen peppers and onion
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 2 TBS minced garlic
- 2 cans of Tribean Blend
- Black Pepper
- Creole Blend
- Shredded Cheese
